Fraud Risk Prevention

  • Fraud Risk and Controls Review: A comprehensive review of the systems and processes in place within your organisation to identify areas whereby there may be a greater exposure to fraud risk. Facilitating workshop sessions with the management team to help identify the greatest risks facing the organisation and generate an action plan or new processes to mitigate the risks identified. Full controls review to identify key gaps and to advise on new controls that can be put in place to mitigate all aspects of risk faced by the organisation. An extensive report is produced detailing all aspects of the review.

  • Fraud Health Check: A shorter review of key systems to identify exposure to fraud. Generation of a Fraud action plan to address the issues identified as part of the review. Regular annual or biannual updates to review fraud exposure. A short form report is produced which identifies Top-line issues.

  • Fraud Awareness Training: We can run up to date Fraud awareness training to small or large groups. We can present on key issues facing individual business sectors, and can tailor training to fit the needs of the organisation. This helps to educate the wider audience to become aware of the fraud risks facing their organisation.
